Hey, I'm Mana!

I’m a designer and illustrator based out of Toronto, currently at Venngage.

I’ve previously enjoyed working with a number of clients on design:

I studied behavioural neuroscience & microbiology at UBC, where I researched how people’s experiences are shaped. I did qualitative user-research and quantitative analysis in multiple labs – at the Health and Adult Development Lab, then at the Center for Excellence in Indigenous Health, and at the UBC Hospital.

I've also had a long term passion for art and culture. I worked at the Museum of Anthropology in Vancouver, where I deepened my understanding of indigenous art. On the side, I continued to paint and experimented with pottery and glass blowing.

After graduation, I decided to follow my passion for design full-time. I went through the 6-month design program at RED academy. I honed my skills in UI, UX, and illustration, and worked with a number of clients as mentioned above. I’m excited to see what’s next!
